•        Professionally trained staff to arrange and conduct the funeral service.
         *No fees are charged for our services for babies or toddlers up to 4 years of age.
•        Arrangements may be made at our office or we will visit the family.
•        Provision of a selection room displaying the complete range of our coffins and caskets.  Photographs of coffin or casket selection  can also be  viewed in the family home.
•        Transfer of the person from home, hospital, hospice or medical centre to our premises any time of day or night every day of the year.
•        Use of our quiet room for viewings and or private services.
•        Provision of a modern hearse and complementary family car.

•        Coordination of all third parties such as clergy, celebrant, cemetery or crematorium.
•        Completion of all necessary documentation in relation to burial or cremation.
•        Collection of Medical Cremation Certificates as required under the Cremation Act of 1966.
•        Qualified male or female Embalmer available to provide the highest level of mortuary care including washing, dressing, and embalming when required.
•        Staff are available to lead the service if requested.
•        Preparation and placement of a notice for local and/or interstate newspapers.
•        Assistance with the selection and ordering of floral tribute.
•        Completion of all necessary paperwork for registration of the death.
•        Lodging of the application for a certified copy of the death certificate to be made available to the family.
•        Advice of the death to government departments (eg Centrelink or Veterans Affair's).
•        Advice and assistance with the placement of cremated remains and memorial plaques.
